Description
March 16, 2020 For the latest Coronavirus COVID-19 information go to the MSB Information Hub : https://matanuska-susitna-borough-coronavirus-covid-19-msb.hub.arcgi.com/ Trich Productions values our patrons, our supporters, and our community. So in our efforts to provide a safer environment for events, we are taking small, but important steps to help keep our patrons and event staff safe. Below is what directives have been published from the date of this notice. An order issued by Mayor Ethan Berkowitz prohibiting dine-in service for food or drink went into effect at 5 p.m. Monday and runs through March 31. “By making sacrifices now, we reduce the likelihood that we will pay a larger cost later,” Berkowitz said in a statement. “These closures are consistent with CDC recommendations and with our strategy of doing what we can to reduce the possibility of transmitting COVID-19. As a friend told me, ‘It will be impossible to know if we overreacted or did too much, but it will be quite apparent if we underreacted or did too little.” Berkowitz declared a municipal emergency on March 12, an order later extended by the Anchorage Assembly through April 14. Is 4/20 still going to happen at Settlers Bay?
As of this time we are still moving forward with event preparations and planning to have a wonderful event celebrating 3 years with the whole crew from Green Degree. If directives from a Federal, State, Municipal or Health Organization prevents us from having the event we will have no choice whether to cancel or not. We will maintain communication as we progress towards the date of this event. “Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we all make it through this challenge together.” Cody Coman, CPO Trich Productions is proud to bring you: The 3rd Annual Green Spring Concert & Expo being held at Settlers Bay Golf course.
